We take as much time is necessary to assure that both client and contractor are perfectly clear, and in agreement with entire project. We want to further emphasize the fact that we will sell you the world if requested, but want to help keep in perspective what your limits are and decide how often you want your space disrupted, given the changes desired.

Overall we pride ourselves with putting you first because we depend on you. We do not shy away from smaller jobs, but keep in mind we are a higher level contractor that really enjoys transformation.

“Aging in place” refers to living where you have lived for years, typically not in a health care environment, using products, services, and conveniences which allow you to remain in the home of your choice safely and independently as you get older. Adapting your living environment for aging in place involves home modification which can make it safer, more comfortable, and increase the likelihood of remaining independent. • Drawing plans and getting all permits.
• Plumbing to replace old pipes or add fixtures where you need them.
• Electrical work to cover any needs or wants.
• Any drywall or wall and ceiling finish desired.
• Full spectrum painting services.
• All types of tile including but not limited to: ceramic, marble, granite, porcelain, glass, saltillo, etc.
• Finish carpentry to any area with any type or finish of wood.
• Interior- Complete removal and replacement of any area, room or entire space. Replacement back to original or completely revised to suit your needs.
• Exterior- Complete removal and replacement of any part or aspect with limitations only set by client.
• New windows, siding, roof, chimney, fencing, storage, dog run, deck or other to replace to original or add new style.
• Concrete counter tops, furniture, and flat work in any area.
• Landscape of any part to suit your needs.
